Two rotten sheets under the last roofer's valley. Found, cut out, re-decked. Same day.

On the tear-off we found two rotted sheets of plywood caused by an improper valley weave from the last roofer. We cut out the rot, replaced the decking, and wove the new valley the right way.

The crew pulled up at 6:30am, started at 7am, and the whole job (tear-off, deck repair, new roof, and a magnet-swept cleanup) was done in one day.
