Roofing
Full tear-offs and re-roofs in architectural shingle, with ice and water shield, new flashing and ridge venting. Most roofs are off and back on in one day.

Tim measures the roof himself and writes the price. The crew strips to the deck, replaces any rot, dries it in and shingles it the same day.

Leaks traced to the actual cause: a cracked vent boot, lifted shingles, tired flashing. Fixed properly, with no push to sell a roof that isn't due.
24/7 Emergency Roof Repair
