Full Architectural Shingle Roof Replacement
This Woonsocket colonial had a worn three-tab roof that was losing granules and cupping along the south slope. Tim came out himself, measured the roof and gave the homeowner a written price on the spot. No salesman, no pressure.
The crew tore off the old layer, inspected and replaced the damaged decking, then dried the roof in with ice-and-water shield along the eaves and valleys before the new architectural shingles went on.
Everything was torn off, dried in and finished the same day. The yard was magnet-swept and the driveway was cleaner than when we pulled in.
